My grandfather, who I am named after, was a builder in the East Bay in the 1950’s and 60’s. Utilizing the labor of my father and uncles, my grandfather’s company constructed many residential apartment buildings and single family homes in Albany, Berkeley and El Cerrito. Our family partnership still owns and manages many of these properties.

As a young boy, I watered plants and vacuumed hallways helping my grandfather on his rounds of our properties. Later in life, I would work alongside my uncle and act as the assistant property manager helping maintain over 50 rental units in Albany alone.

In 2013, I officially entered into real estate when I earned my California salesperson license.  I was fortunate to have been trained and mentored by many wonderful people at Marvin Gardens Real Estate, many of who migrated to Red Oak Realty when Red Oak acquired Marvin Gardens.  (My California license is with Red Oak Realty in El Cerrito.)

At the end of 2016, I moved with my family to Hood River OR in the Columbia River Gorge to raise my two kids in a more rural environment while continuing to do real estate business in the East Bay.

I quickly earned my Oregon and Washington state real estate brokers license and I was very pleased to join Don Nunamaker, Realtors in the spring of 2020.
