At Don Nunamaker, Realtors, we've helped customers buy and sell property in Hood River and The Columbia River Gorge for almost 50 years, nobody better knows the area, the people, or the properties.Nunamakers is here to provide you with the best possible real estate service in the Hood River Valley and The Columbia River Gorge. We specialize in residential real estate, commercial real estate, farms/orchards and vacant land.
In 1969, Don opened up his real estate business in Hood River with three agents. Currently there are almost 20 agents in the office and Don Nunamaker, Realtors is considered a significant force in real estate in the Columbia River Gorge. In 1999, Don moved his real estate business, which by now had grown to become the largest real estate firm in Hood River, from downtown Hood River to a new and larger facility at 2495 Cascade Ave. between Dairy Queen and Safeway. Don Nunamaker, Realtors is committed to expanding educational opportunities for its real estate agents. It is Don's philosophy that up-to-date knowledge of current real estate issues aids future experience and fosters opportunity. In 2013 Don's two daughters, Alison and Ashley, took over management of the firm. Both young women were born and raised in real estate. Don is still involved in the business and has transitioned back into sales.
