Months of Inventory in Hood River County (Absorption Rate)

In Hood River County we average about 12 months of residential inventory on the market. Sometimes it helps people to look at this chart as the absorption rate of real estate. Last year in 2011 there was a noticeable spike in months of inventory due to lack of home sales. We did not see that same spike this year. January has remained close to the average. Hopefully we will see this number decrease throughout the year!
