Total Number of Homes Sold in Hood River County
In 2011 there were less homes sold in Hood River County compared to any other year. It is hard to tell if maybe the spike in 2010 was due to first time home buyer’s tax credit or if other factors influenced the increase. Everyone wants to know what we predict for the future of real estate in Hood River. We believe there will be an increase in real estate activity for 2012. So far there has been more homes sold in January 2012 versus 2011 and we see this increase as well in our pipeline (homes not closed yet).
