Total Number of Lots Sold in Hood River County

Since 2008 there hasn't been much activity in lot sales. However, we see positive changes currently happening. As of April 2012 there has already been 11 lot sales in Hood River County. This is good news for the real estate market. Builder confidence is growing in Hood River and builders are feeling confident enough with the Hood River real estate market to purchase lots.
