I’m a great listener. Sounds simple, but when you’re looking to buy or sell a piece of property a good listener is the person who can help you get what you need and want.

My name is Ruth Chausse, and I’ve lived in the Columbia River Gorge since 1988. I came here because within 40 miles in any direction I can hike the rainforest, ski high alpine mountains, run and ride in the desert or beautiful green valleys. I can not imagine a better place to settle. The small communities throughout the Gorge offer the type of intimacy that is very hard to come by. I can honestly say that I have not ever had so many wonderful friends. I truly enjoy helping new people settle here and share in this wonderful experience. The Gorge is an amazing place to live, work and play!

For the last 21 years I have been working full time as a Realtor. I list and sell property on both sides of the river and have an experienced knowledge of the real estate market in both areas. Whether you need to buy or sell right away or are taking your time I have marketing plans and programs to suit your needs. I am easily accessible by cell, text or email and welcome your questions. When I’m not in the office, I’m out in the field or at a seminar/class gaining more knowledge so I can be of better service to my clients.
