A graduate of Oklahoma State University with a degree in Landscape Architecture, Veronica developed an early appreciation for land, thoughtful design, and the neighborhoods people are proud to call home. After graduation, she and her husband, a petroleum engineer, traveled extensively, living and working in several countries around the world. Along the way, Veronica became fluent in Spanish and conversational in French, gaining valuable insight into diverse cultures and housing markets.

After years abroad, the family settled in Cozumel, Mexico, where Veronica founded Cozumel Vacation Homes, the island's first professional short-term vacation rental management company. Long before online booking platforms became commonplace, she built the business from the ground up, creating systems for property management, owner relations, and guest services. As demand grew, the company naturally expanded into real estate sales, allowing Veronica to assist buyers, sellers, and investors seeking opportunities in Mexico.

Life in Cozumel introduced the family to kiteboarding, which eventually inspired investments in a kiteboarding school, restaurant, and real estate in La Ventana, Baja California Sur. Years of traveling between La Ventana and Hood River, Oregon—two of the world's premier wind destinations—created a lasting connection to the Columbia Gorge and ultimately led Veronica to make Hood River her permanent home.

Today, Veronica is proud to serve as a Real Estate Broker with Don Nunamaker, Realtors, assisting buyers and sellers throughout Hood River County and the Columbia Gorge.
