White Salmon/Bingen - Homes For Sale vs. Homes Sold

You will notice the total number homes for sale in the White Salmon and Bingen area have dropped quite a bit these last few months. I would suspect inventory should rise back up in the spring and summer months. Activity has been fairly slow these last couple of months as well. Hopefully as sellers put their homes on the market and buyers have more to choose from, sales will increase.
